In May 2022, the development and implementation of the “Electronic system for managing the work of the ombudsman’s administration” under Project No. BG05SFOP001-2.001-0011 “Electronic system for managing the work of the ombudsman’s administration” was successfully completed, implemented with the financial support of Operational program “Good Governance”, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

In December 2022, the development and implementation of the new Information System “Statistical Classifications” were successfully completed. This system was developed under a contract with the National Statistical Institute (NSI) for the purpose of “Developing the Information System “Statistical Classifications” through platform migration and the addition of new functionalities.” The “Statistical Classifications” Information System encompasses national, European, and international classifications used in the production of statistical products and services, regardless of the entity responsible for their development and maintenance.

The system has been developed with new technological tools that enhance security, speed, and offer a modern design for the application, along with several advantages. It utilizes the latest versions of fundamental software tools and is compatible with the latest versions of commonly used web browsers. The “e-Document Workflow 2022” Information System incorporates the functionalities of our existing document workflow systems and provides additional capabilities.
